FAQ:
Q1:Usually how to approve the products ?
A1:First, the size, material and some special details whether is same as the drawing which was confirmed by customer, then we need to confirm the structure is strong enough.
Q2:Who will take part in approving the products ?
A2:Customer or his representative, factory director, manager of each department, the designer and salesman who is in charge of the project.
If something is not suitable for the hotel or not comfortable for use, or there will be some potential problems, then our designer will discuss
with the manager to find the solution , but basic on the customer’s request.
Q3:Do you cover the installation and fee?
A3:Usually we will send the related video of showing the assembly step.
And as we confirmed before, we will arrange one of our designer to go to the hotel site and teach the local workers for installation step by step
for one room, then will can install the others, and during the installation, any question, we will reply at once.
You will be respond for the charge of round-trip air freight, their meals and accommodation, and also you need to pay their salary per date.
Q4:What about the delivery time of the mock up furniture ?
A4: It is up to the design and quantity, generally speaking, it is about20-25 days after confirming everything, but this can be negotiable.
